Breonna Taylor

Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old African-American woman, was shot and killed in her home on March 13, 2020, by Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) officers executing a no-knock search warrant. In life, Breonna was a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a niece, and a best friend to so many people. She was an accomplished EMT for the city of Louisville and worked full time as an ER Technician for Jewish East and a PRN for Norton Healthcare. Breonna was full of life and always found ways to better herself and the people around her. She will be missed.
